Many processes in synthesis, purification and chromatography require intermediate or final collection, treatment and storage of materials. Existing implemented processes often determine the requirements for the plate and vial dimensions and placement formats to be fulfilled. The broad range of user specifications reflect the variety in this product group. The group covers for storage vials, their (optionally piercable) caps, auto sampler vials, storage and filter plates, flexi-tier plates and reservoirs. The storage plates can be provided with polypropylene or glass (amber, clear) conical and flat bottom vials.
In multiple well format storage, assay and injector plates range from 35uL up to 10mL, square and round top are available. Plates with low recovery V- or round bottom and are perfect sampling plates in combination with silicone mats for overnight runs. All made from virgin polypropylene with unique features. Available with conical, pyramid and ‘V’ bottoms in 24, 48, 96 and 384 well formats. Working well volumes ranging from 35uL up to 10mL. All manufactured in a class 100K clean room. We can encapsulate most medias of choice and multiple layers of media in a variety of configurations that will yield the best results for your application. We can fill these plates with a powder of choice, including silica, ground glass or diatomaceous earth. Well volumes range as low as 140uL up to 15mL with 96, 48 and 384 formats are available. Reservoir trays made by Seahorse are designed for use with any robotic liquid handling system. These polypropylene reservoirs offer options for a single liquid or a partitioned space for several liquids. Most working configurations are accounted for as well as varying liquid volumes. Made to take a range of liquid handling configurations from 8 or 12 channel pipettes through to 96 or 384 pipette heads.
These patented blocks have a unique design for maximum flexibility. With various heights and able to accommodate glass or polypropylene vials ranging from 0.5 – 2.5 mL. The Multi-Block open / slotted bottom allows it to be immersed in liquid for total fluid contact with the vials to uniformly transfer heat or cold to and from the vials. Multi-Blocks are compatible with all autosamplers and robotic systems. They can be centrifuged up to 2500rpm. Also available in Aluminum for parallel processing.
